Mini cup cakes

School is in session, Halloween parties are just around the corner. A quick neat and handy treat. These are the bite size brownies topped off with orange icing.
Easy to do your self or your child. To be ready, this weekend, I would purchase the brownie mix and the orange icing. Your will be ready for those last minute needed school or PTA treats.
You can even wear your witches hat while icing!

Chop up candy bar, place one piece in batter, then fill cup half full. Bake, cool then for icing I used chocolate butter cream topped with coconut.

Chocolate treats

These lovely little chocolate tarts are made with some healthy ingredients. My daily goal for my healthy diet is to eat 80% fruit and vegtables. These little tarts are made with the dark chocolate and topped with blueberries. Hope you enjoy them as much as my family did over the Labor Day Weekend.
